This Code of Ethics sets out the values and behaviors that guide all activity on Agata Buy, ensuring every transaction is:

2. Registration & Eligibility

  • Protect your login credentials; report any unauthorized access immediately.

Any activity performed via your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. Transparent identification underpins community trust and security.

3. Ethical Sales & Tax Optimization

3.1 Tax-Optimization Tools

  • Tax Guidance: Support choosing the most favorable tax régime within legal bounds.
  • Clear Reporting: Transparent calculation and disclosure of taxes and contributions.

3.2 Seller Obligations

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide accurate, transparent product/service descriptions and pricing.
  • Adhere to Agata Buy’s shipping, returns, and refund policies.

3.3 Profit Reinvestment
Additional revenues must be reinvested to:

  • Enhance operations and service quality.
  • Increase wages and benefits above industry average.
  • Boost tax contributions, supporting local infrastructure and services.

4. Affiliate Network Integrity

4.1 How It Works

  • Affiliates promote via unique platform links.
  • Commissions calculated and paid per published platform terms.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct


Affiliates must not:

  • Use misleading or unlawful advertising.
  • Send spam or employ unethical outreach.
  • Launch campaigns that harm Agata Buy’s or Sellers’ reputation.

4.3 Enforcement


Agata Buy reserves the right to suspend or remove Affiliates who violate these standards.

5. Fair Transaction Policies

5.1 Fees & Payments

  • Agata Buy charges a transparent commission on each transaction; rates disclosed at signup.
  • Payments to Sellers and Affiliates are processed via secure, certified methods.

5.2 Returns & Refunds

  • Buyers may request returns and refunds in accordance with each Seller’s policy and platform terms.

6. Compliance & Prohibited Items

6.1 Illegal or Infringing Goods

  • The sale of illegal, counterfeit, or IP-infringing items is strictly forbidden.
  • Such listings will be removed immediately, and responsible accounts suspended.

6.2 Tax Compliance

  • Each User is individually responsible for accurate tax declarations and liabilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agata Buy provides the platform “as is” and is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from misuse of the platform.
  • Disputes among Sellers, Affiliates, and Buyers.
  • Financial or tax decisions made by Users based on platform guidance.

  • Industry-standard encryption and regular security audits to protect personal data.

9.2 Privacy by Design

10. Community Engagement

11. Amendments & Acceptance

Agata Buy may update this Code periodically. Users will receive at least 30 days’ notice of any changes; continued use thereafter constitutes acceptance. All updates aim to deepen our commitment to a fair, sustainable, and socially responsible marketplace.
